9-DAY LEH LADAKH TOUR PACKAGE ITINERARY

Upon arrival in Leh, meet our representative and proceed to your pre-booked hotel for relaxation and acclimatization as adjusting to the high-altitude environment is essential. In the evening, you can explore the vibrant market of Leh, then enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast, begin your excursion along the Indus River on the Leh-Kargil Highway. Visit the Hall of Fame, a museum constructed by the Indian Army, commemorating the valor of Indian soldiers. Continue to Gurudwara Patthar Sahib and then to Magnetic Hill, a fascinating spot to experience the optical illusion of vehicles moving uphill on their own. Next, head to the Sangam, the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers. On the way back, visit Spituk Monastery, which stands majestically like a fortress, strategically perched atop rugged cliffs, exuding both strength and historical significance. Return to Leh for an overnight stay.

Start your day with a drive to Nubra Valley, known as the Valley of Flowers. After breakfast, drive to Pangong Lake along the Shyok River. The river, originating from the Rimo Glacier, shimmers like diamond under the sun. Upon arrival, check into your campsite near the lake and relax. Spend your evening enjoying the serene surroundings of one of the highest saltwater lakes in the world, completing your Pangong Lake sightseeing. Enjoy your meal and rest overnight at the campsite.

Post breakfast, drive to Hanle, crossing Chushul Village and Tsaga La (15,200 feet). Hanle is home to the Indian Astronomical Observatory, featuring Asia’s largest telescope. This observatory, situated close to the Tibetan/Chinese border, hosts the Himalayan Chandra Telescope and the under-construction Major Atmospheric Cherenkov Experiment Telescope, the world's highest gamma-ray telescope. Stay overnight with locals at a cozy guesthouse in Hanle for an authentic experience.

Begin your day with a drive to Tsomoriri Lake via Ya Ya Tso, crossing Nurpa Pass (16,100 feet) and Mahe Bridge. Tsomoriri Lake is a Ramsar site famous for its pristine beauty and diverse birdlife. Upon arrival, take a scenic walk along the lake and enjoy its serene surroundings. Enjoy an overnight stay at Korzok Village, nestled near the tranquil lake, for a serene experience.

Set out for an eventful day as you journey back to Leh, passing through Puga (Sulphur Mine), Tsokar Lake, and Tanglang La Pass (17,585 feet), one of the highest motorable roads in the world. Visit renowned monasteries like Hemis, Shey, and Thiksey along the way. Arrive in Leh by evening for an overnight stay.
