DAY WISE ITINERARY

Day 01 Arrival at Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station – Transfer to Gangtok

Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station, our representative will greet you and assist with your transfer to Gangtok. The drive from is serene and scenic, offering a glimpse of Sikkim’s natural charm. After checking in at the hotel, enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day 02 Excursion to Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir

After breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to Tsomgo Lake, situated 40 km from Gangtok at an altitude of 3,753 meters (12,313 feet). This glacial lake remains frozen during winter and reflects beautiful seasonal hues. Continue on to Baba Mandir, a shrine dedicated to the revered Indian Army soldier Baba Harbhajan Singh. Return to Gangtok in the evening for an overnight stay.

Carry two passport-sized photos and a valid photo ID (Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License).
For children under 18, a birth certificate or school/college ID is required.
Alternate sightseeing may be arranged in case of road closures due to landslides.
Optional: Visit Nathula Pass (subject to permit availability) at an additional cost of INR 5000 per vehicle (closed on Mondays and Tuesdays).

Day 03 Gangtok to Lachung

Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Lachung, located at an altitude of 8,738 feet in North Sikkim. En route, enjoy scenic stops at Naga Waterfall, Bhim Nala Waterfall, and the confluence of Lachen Chu and Lachung Chu rivers at Chungthang. On arrival, check in to the hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Lachung.

Day 04 Excursion to Yumthang Valley

After breakfast, proceed to Yumthang Valley, also called the Valley of Flowers, located at an altitude of 12,000 feet. Known for its vibrant alpine flora and hot springs with medicinal properties, the valley is a highlight of the tour. Return to Lachung in the evening for an overnight stay.

Optional: Visit Zero Point, the northernmost accessible location in North Sikkim (weather permitting), for an additional cost of INR 3000–3500 per vehicle.

Day 05 Lachung to Gangtok

Check out of your hotel and begin your return journey to Gangtok. The drive offers mesmerizing views of North Sikkim’s rugged landscapes. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure, perfect for exploring the local markets. Overnight stay in Gangtok.

Day 06 Gangtok to Darjeeling

Today, after checking out of the hotel, drive to Darjeeling via Singla Check Post. On arrival, check into your hotel and relax. The colonial charm and cool climate of Darjeeling offer the ideal setting to unwind. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

Day 07 Darjeeling Sightseeing

Start early with a visit to Tiger Hill for a majestic sunrise over Mount Kanchenjunga (subject to weather). Continue to Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop, then return to the hotel for breakfast.

Later, explore Darjeeling’s highlights: the Japanese Temple, Peace Pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, and Himalayan Mountaineering Institute. You may also enjoy the Darjeeling Ropeway Ride (ticket cost extra: INR 200–250 per person), and visit the Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center, Tenzing Rock, and Gompa Rock. Day 08 Darjeeling to Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station
